We ship with Australia Post in recyclable boxes and bags from Perth. For shipping times and costs, please refer below.

All shipping & product prices are in $AUD.

Inspired Creations currently ships to Australia, New Zealand and the United States. If you require our products to be sent to another country, please contact us for a quote.

Australia Shipping

Standard

Dispatched within 3 business days of receiving payment. Shipping time is 3 - 6 business days.

Up to 500g - $9.00

500g to 3kgs - $12.00

Express

Dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment. Shipping time is 2 - 3 business days.

Up to 500g - $12.00

500g to 3kgs - $16.00

All parcels are tracked. It is not our responsibility if the parcel goes missing from your address, once it has been delivered. If you want signature on delivery, you will need to pay and extra $2.95 and state this option when you place your order.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

Standard

Dispatched within 3 business days of receiving payment. Shipping time is 4 - 7 business days.

Express

Dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment. Shipping time is 3 - 5 business days.

500g to 2kgs - $42.00

All parcels are tracked. Only Express parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home the parcel will be delivered to your nearest post office. No Express parcels will be left without a signature. Standard parcels will be delivered without a signature and have a tracking number, but Inspired Creations is not responsible if the parcel goes missing after delivered. You can pay an extra $5.50 for a signature upon delivery. Please state this when you place your order.

SHipping terms & Conditions

You will receive an email the day we dispatch - ensure that you enter your email address correctly so you can keep an eye out for your shipment. Inspired Creations will email you with your parcel tracking number.

Check that you supply the CORRECT address - we have to pay to have the parcel returned to us when you have supplied the incorrect information and we will charge you shipping to re-post.

Generally we dispatch within 1 business day of ordering, and Australia Post stipulate that it takes between 3-6 business days (Standard) and 1-3 business days (Express) to deliver within Australia. Please check your parcel for its whereabouts within a week of ordering and keep an eye out for it to be sitting at your Local Post Office for pick up

Parcels being sent to N.Z. or United States using Express shipping require a signature on delivery and take up to 5 business days to be delivered - we cannot leave a note for the postman saying your parcel can be left at the door/behind the gate/ etc. It will be attempted to be delivered and then transferred to your Local Post Office for collection.

Parcels being delivered to N.Z. or United States using Standard shipping have a tracking number but unless a signature upon delivery is requested and payed for by the customer. Inspired Creations is not responsible if the parcel goes missing once it has been delivered.

Orders that are designated for international shipping outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties, and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment, and the original shipping charges.
